Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to run and work closely with relevant departmental users for all recommended Business Transformation related re-engineering projects within Indonesia Office under close supervision of AVP BTR – Reengineering and to ensure the projects are running smoothly and effectively without incurring undue additional risk; the projects are quantified in terms of cost reduction, customer service benefit and productivity/process improvement and identified problems raised by users are resolved within the project timelines.
Requirements:
Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university
Has minimum 5 years experience in banking knowledge and/or operational experience
Has strong analytical skill, interpersonal and communication skill, leadership, and good innovative approach
Has good Six Sigma qualification and statistic background
Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
Has a strong drive to succeed
Demonstrate high degree of integrity
