Coordinator Internal Audit

PT. Bank ICBC Indonesia (ICBC Indonesia) is a subsidiary bank and is 97.83% owned by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd (ICBC Ltd), the biggest commercial bank in china, has been operating in Indonesia since 2007 with total 12 branches in area of Jakarta, Surabaya and Bandung.

Responsibilities:
To coordinate and to lead Audit operational and credit management to be implemented at least yearly as schedule in Branches / Sub branches and Head Office.
To coordinate Passive Audit Inspection related to inspection of reports from Branches / Sub Branches such as Financial Statements, Balance Sheet Reports, Profit / Loss, Internal and External Reports (including to Central Bank) to ensure the accuracy and time delivery of report.
To prepare Audit Report (Passive and Active Reports) to President Director, Commissioners, including Compliance Director and Central Bank.
To ensure the quality of internal audit practices implementation in Bank as international standards and also internal and external regulations.
To ensure internal control implemented as regulated to support Risk Management implementation of Bank.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
Preferred language(s): Chinese.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Risk Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
Analyze, develop, monitor and adjust risk strategies, policies, processes
Ensure all the necessary risk mitigates and parameters are put in place
Designs the going-to-market business strategy to ensure direction does not go out from risk parameter
Monitor execution of policy and strategy implementation. Conduct monitoring and measure each performance of each parameter set
Analyze risk key performances as well as ability to identify new trend within the data
Translate monthly performance report into business perspective
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science/Finance/Technical from well known university
Minimum 3 (three) years experience in Risk area in Consumer Finance or Banking Company
Knowledge in data mining tools (SAS system or Oracle) will be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Familiar with Operational process in consumer lending industry
Posses excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team
Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline
Good command in English

Manager Business Transformation

Responsibilities:

The jobholder is responsible to run and work closely with relevant departmental users for all recommended Business Transformation related re-engineering projects within Indonesia Office under close supervision of AVP BTR – Reengineering and to ensure the projects are running smoothly and effectively without incurring undue additional risk; the projects are quantified in terms of cost reduction, customer service benefit and productivity/process improvement and identified problems raised by users are resolved within the project timelines.
